A Topeka man involved in a fatal fire in August of 2006 is now charged with murder.

33-year-old Frank Robinson was arrested back in 2006 for the arson fire that killed 53-year-old Marvina Washington.

The fire was started at a four unit apartment house located at 427 Southwest Tyler.

Shawnee County District Attorney Chad Taylor charged Robinson Friday on one county of felony murder and aggravated arson.

If convicted, Robinson faces life in prison.
