A Topeka man involved in a fatal fire in August of 2006 is now charged with murder.
33-year-old Frank Robinson was arrested back in 2006 for the arson fire that killed 53-year-old Marvina Washington.
The fire was started at a four unit apartment house located at 427 Southwest Tyler.
