The event, hosted by Fort Riley's Family, Morale, Welfare and Recreation, will be from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Riley's Conference Center.
The Expo will feature travel vendors, demonstrations and competitions, as well as several children's activities.
Two special attractions this year will be the Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks 40-foot mobile aquarium and tethered hot air balloon rides, weather permitting.
There is no cost to attend the event, and it is open to the public. Food and drink will be available and prizes including weekend trips and gift baskets will be given away throughout the day.
"This is a great way for people to see what outdoor and travel opportunities are available to them, and it is a Family-friendly event,"
said Angelia Lentz, FMWR recreation program manager.
