TOPEKA, Kan.-- Jury deliberation continues for four men accused in the murder of a Topeka man in August 2007.
21-year-old Kelvin Phillips , 23-year-old Drake Kettler, 19-year-old Corky Williams, and 19-year old Antonio Armstrong face charges of first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit murder in the first degree and criminal possession of a firearm.
All are accused of entering a home on Macvicar in August 2007, cornering James Dyer Jr. and shooting him to death.
All four will be tried together. Each has his own attorney. Jury deliberations will continue Thursday.
