The promoter of Osage county's dog stock concert has now been sentenced on a bad check charge.

Osage County prosecutor Brandon Jones told 13 news that Randall Long Monday pleaded guilty to one felony bad check charge and one misdemeanor possession of marijuana charge.

Long had faced nine charges on bad checks written to vendors at dogstock, a week long camping and concert event in September of 2007.

Proceeds were to go to a dog rescue foundation.

Sentencing for Long is March 24-th in Osage County District Court.
