Group Exercises To Start New Year

Loud music, perspiration and smiles highlighted the annual New Year's Day morning workout at Wood Valley Racquet Club and Fitness Center.

A group of more than twenty people showed up to get an early start to staying fit in 2009.

Organizers say it is a great way to start the year, while participants say it is a good stress reliever.

Kelly Ross says she gets extra motivation by working out with others.

Some participants have taken part for 20 years.
