We wanted to update you on the digital readiness test we aired last Wednesday. Many of you who have Cox Cable service complained that your picture was scrunched into a letterbox look and others that the audio on Cox was poor and muffled.
We want to let you know our engineering staff worked with Cox on both problems and Cox assured us that the picture and audio problems have been corrected. If you are still experiencing problems with our signal on Cox, please let us know by calling (785) 272-6397 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We also were notified by Sunflower Cable viewers that the digital picture was not available when we conducted the digital readiness test last week. Sunflower advises us they will be digital ready, but it will not be till after February third, two weeks prior to the all digital conversion.
So Sunflower viewers will not show as digital ready when we do our follow-up digital test on January seventh at six a.m. and six p.m. But Sunflower says you will be February fourth.
