Topeka's Hockey team and their fans took time to help a couple of good causes.
Topeka RoadRunner players loaded up stuffed animals for the American Cancer Society's Camp Hope and Topeka's Battered Women's Task Force on Tuesday.
Fans tossed 382 animals onto the ice after Randy Swank scored the first goal of their November 28th game. Swank was on hand to help present the stuffed animals.
The team will auction their jerseys following their New Year's Eve game to benefit the Helping Hands Humane Society.
