The meetings come as the board moves closer to hiring a new superintendent.
School officials will only confirm that the closed meetings are to discuss personnel matters.
The board hired an interim superintendent, Clive Coleman, in late October.
At the time, board members said they had a list of 15 possible candidates they were considering for permanent superintendent.
Coleman was not on the list.
The board meetings come as the district doesn't have a contract with it's teachers.
Negotiations with the union have been ongoing, but the teachers have been working without a contract since the end of July.
On Monday, the teachers union will begin airing radio ads in an effort to move the negotiations further along.
