A judge has denied the request of a man accused in a Topeka murder to withdraw his guilty plea. Rashawn Anderson pleaded no contest to first degree murder in the July 2005 shooting death of Christopher Caraway.
Two other men were also convicted. Anderson was set to be sentenced in October but made a motion to withdraw his plea.
Anderson now has a docket hearing scheduled for December 18.
