Topeka's Capper Foundation Honors Supporters

A Topeka organization took time to recognize those who join their efforts to help children with disabilities.

Easter Seals Capper Foundation held its Donor Appreciation Program Wednesday night at Shawnee Country Club in Topeka. The annual event honors those who've given their time and talents to support the organization. Capper works to help people with disabilities, primary children, live more independent lives.
