Three officers involved in an off-duty shooting that wounded two men will not face criminal charges.

Topeka Police Chief Ron Miller says the DA's office informed him of the decision regarding the March 18th incident.

A fourth officer, Jason Judd, has a preliminary hearing scheduled next week on charges including aggravated battery.

Miller says the other three officers will return to administrative duty at the law enforcement center.

He says an administrative investigation to determine any possible disciplinary action they might face will be conducted once the Judd criminal case is over.
