A local dry cleaning company is showing a bundle of support for families in need this Thanksgiving.
The annual Scotch Fabric Care "Share the Warmth Program" began earlier in November.
The company spends a month collecting gently-used coats from people around the community, they then clean them and take them to the Salvation Army to be distributed.
They have already cleaned and delivered 3700 coats.
Organizers say it's well worth the effort.
This is the 22nd annual Share the Warmth Program. The coat giveaway will be Monday, December first through the sixth from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Salvation Army at 1320 Southeast 6th Street in Topeka.
