Man Pleads Guilty to Taking 27 Pounds of CocaineThrough Topeka

A California man pleaded guilty to charges he was traveling through Shawnee county with 27 pounds of cocaine.

25-year old Julian Rocha was convicted on one count of interstate travel in aid of racketeering.

The US Attorney's office says he and another man were stopped in November 2005, driving a rented RV on I-70 west of Topeka.

The drugs were found in a cooler.

Rocha faces five years in prison when he's sentenced in February.
