$30,000 In Coins Taken From Kansas Home

(KAKE)-- A burglary at a south Sedgwick County home cost the homeowners thousands of dollars in coins.

The break-in happened late Sunday or early Monday near 111th South and West Streets. The homeowners were asleep in the house when the burglary happened. The burglars walked out with 36 jars of silver coins and cash from a wallet. The loss is estimated at $30,000.
