TOPEKA, Kan. - The Shawnee County Recycling Department announces the closing of the public drop off site at 10th & MacVicar, Topeka.
The spot was sponsored by the Disabled American Veterans Store, and will no longer be available effective September 30, 2008.
There are two drop off sites in close proximity the public can utilize: One at 10th & Civitan (two blocks west of Gage) at one of the south entrances to Gage Park, and First Christian Church at 1880 SW Gage.
