The Kansas GOP's former executive director Ron Freeman won his lawsuit against the current chairman.

Freeman sued because he was removed as executive director in February 2007. He says he was due a month's salary and commissions from his fundraising activities totalling nearly $27,000.
Freeman accused state GOP chairman Kris Kobach of breach of contract.

A judge last week ruled in Freeman's favor and dismissed Kobach's counterclaim.
