CINCINNATI (AP) - A federal appeals court in Cincinnati upholds an Ohio law that bars pickets and protests within 300 feet of a funeral or burial service.

It's a loss for the Topeka-based Westboro Baptist Church, whose members are often seen at military funerals claiming the deaths of U.S. troops overseas are part of God's punishment for the nation's tolerance of homosexuality.
