13 News is "On Your Side" with a food warning from the maker of Hot Pockets.
The Nestle Prepared Foods Company is recalling over 215,000 pounds of frozen stuffed pepperoni pizza products that may contain foreign materials.
The problem was discovered after the company began receiving consumer complaints.
Subject to recall is the 54 ounce, 12 pack cartons of Hot Pockets Pepperoni Pizza brand stuffed sandwiches.
The ID numbers on these products are 8157544614d, EST7721a, and best before date of January 2010.
Each carton has the USDA mark of inspection. The products were produced on June 5th and distributed to stores nationwide.
