Congresswoman Nancy Boyda and Republican challenger Lynn Jenkins are butting heads over energy. Both candidates say it is a top priority as they head toward a November face-off.
Boyda released a 16-page newspaper insert Wednesday descriving her vision of the future.
Jenkins points to Boyda casting the deciding vote for congress to go on vacation instead of facing the issue head on.
Boyda said Republicans have been voting down party lines and are only now "finding religion" when it comes to energy because of the November elections.
