Emporia, KS - The man convicted in the December shooting death of Lyon County Teenage hunter Beau Arndt was sentenced today in Lyon County District Court.
57-year-old Theron Thomas Kent will serve 32 months in prison according to our radio partner KVOE in Emporia.
Kent was convicted of involuntary manslaughter, hunting without permission, and cirminal discharge of a firearm in June.
Kent will begin his sentence immediately. He will have no probation, and he must have 24 months of post-release supervision.
