SALINA, Kan. (AP) _ Authorities in central Kansas say they arrested a Las Vegas man over the weekend for allegedly stealing a car that was already stolen before.
Eighteen-year-old Trevar Windsor the Fourth was arrested Sunday after being stopped for speeding in a construction zone near Salina.
He was charged with possession of the stolen 2001 vehicle.
The same Mitsubishi Eclipse was reported stolen two or three weeks ago in the Kansas City suburb of Independence, Missouri.
The Saline County Sheriff's Office says Windsor is believed to have stolen the car from whoever stole it in the first place.
Windsor also was charged with marijuana possession.
The car was impounded, and authorities are making arrangements to get it back to its owner.
