Three hours after it's discovery, Topeka Police say a suspicious package found outside a business was not a threat.
The suspicious package was found outside the Cargill office in the 3900 Block of NW Lower Silver Lake Rd. just before 12:30pm. The bomb unit was called in to take a closer look. Roads around the area were closed off while they investigated.
Officers used a robotic device to remove the package and explode it. Police say there was no threat associated with the package and it is not believed to be criminal.
