Several Topekans hit the links Monday to help the Boy Scouts.
The Boy Scout Golf Classic raised money for the Jayhawk Area Council's scout camping programs.
The Topeka Country Club hosted the event that got off to shotgun starts at 7 am and 1pm. An awards ceremony followed.
Proceeds will go toward lowering camp fees for the scouts to help more kids attend week long camps at Camp Jayhawk and day camps at Camp Hammond.
The Jayhawk Area Council serves 5,000 kids in eleven northeast Kansas counties.
