Kansas Racing and Gaming Executive Director Stephen L. Martino had a news conference on Tuesday at the Eisenhower State Office Building.
Over the next three days the Kansas Lottery Gaming Review Board is going to be hearing proposals and taking public comments.
People can testify before the board how this is going to impact them and the state.
Thursday and Friday the meeting will take place in Belle Plain Kansas in Sumner County to listen to three proposals for the destination casino.
The destination will be near Wellington or Mulvane Kansas and the board will decide.
Wednesday the board will be in Cherokee County to take public comments and hear proposals.
