The Shawnee County Coroner's office today released its official reports, saying the death of a Goodyear worker in April was ultimately an accident.
59-year-old Walter Haake Junior died after being tased by Sheriff's Deputies.
The coroner's office says Haake had long standing cardiac disease.
They say deputies did have him face down on the ground to put him in handcuffs, and they say the combination of his medical history and the compression of his torso when being cuffed proved to be fatal.
