More than 600 people attended Heartland Visioning's Community meetings. They showed up, listened to what facilitator Henry Luke had to say, and then made their opinions known.
They broke into smaller groups and wrote down ideas for the future of Topeka. At the end of the evening, the top ten ideas were compiled. They were:
