At 1:50 am Monday morning, police were called to the 2900 block of SE
Croco in reference to an aggravated robbery.
Two men were in the parking lot when they were approached by a subject who had a knife, and demanded money from them. The suspect left with an undisclosed amount of money, and the two victims sustained minor, non-life threatening injuries.
Dana Peppers, (male) age 42 of Topeka, was arrested in connection with this case and booked in to DOC on 2 counts of Aggravated Robbery and 2 counts of Aggravated Battery.
