JUNCTION CITY, Kan. (AP) _ Family and friends say goodbye to a 21-year-old college student killed by the tornado that destroyed part of Chapman last week.
About 150 people attended the funeral services for Crystal Bishop held today at the Church of the Nazarene in Junction City.
The Reverend Jim Bond attempted to comfort the family and said that ``tragedy is absolutely indiscriminate.''
Among those attending was Bishop's young daughter and the child's father, who survived the tornado.
Bishop attended classes at the Geary County campus of Cloud County Community College.
She was killed last Wednesday when the twister destroyed a large portion of Chapman.
The storm also killed 62-year-old Jackson County farmer George Askren.
