A Topeka man has pleaded guilty Friday to receiving child porn on his computer.
43-year-old Timothy Roe admitted in his plea that on September 7th, 2007 his computer contained images of child porn obtained by purchasing memberships to commercial child pornography websites.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement targeted a child pornography website known as "Home Collection" in April 2006.
Roe was identified through Paypal accounts used to purchase memberships to the site.
He purchased memberships on July 8, 2006, November 8, 2006, and July 4, 2007.
Roe's sentencing is set for September 19, 2008.
He faces between five and twenty years in prison and a fine up to $250, 000.
The case was prosecuted under Project Safe Childhood, an initiative the U.S. Department of Justice aimed at protecting children from sexual predators.

ROE FACES BETWEEN FIVE AND TWENTY YEARS IN PRISON AND A FINE UP TO 250-THOUSAND DOLLARS.
