A transformer on the pole fell to the ground and caused several

Traffic was blocked for sometime on Burlingame as cleanup crews removed the wreckage and Westar repaired the utility pole.
Police say citations are likely although wont comment on what those may include.
The crash remains under investigation, not word on what caused the crash.
