Funeral Services Arranged For Young Man Killed By Lightning

Nathan Sullivan's father says funeral services have been arranged for his son in his home city of Raymore Missouri.

Sullivan's funeral will be Wednesday, May 28th at 10:30AM
St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Raymore, MO

Memorial donations can also be made to the church in Nathan Sullivan's name.

Osage County Sheriff's Department the 20-year-old died from what appeared to be a possible lightning strike.

They say an autopsy will have to be conducted to find the exact cause of death.

The victim's father Troy Sullivan contacted 13 News here is what he said, "His name was Nathan Eugene Sullivan. He was 20-years-old. The friends that were injured were released from the hospital earlier today. I don't know the extent of there injuries.
Nathan was very intelligent and was following in my footsteps for his career. He leaves mom and dad and a sister Allison."

Osage County Sheriffs were called to the lake at 7:20 Saturday morning when they arrived they also found three other people injured--they were transported by AMR to Overland Park Regional Medical Center with possible lightning related injuries, their injuries are said to be non-life threatening.

It is reported by a source close to the investigation that all three of Sullivan's friends have been released from the hospital.
