You won't need to show a photo ID to vote in Kansas.

Governor Kathleen Sebelius Monday vetoed a bill requiring what she called "needless additional identification requirements .

The Governor released a statement saying the bill will only work to "disenfranchise many of the electorate and serve as a barrier to their participation in the democratic process."

The bill has been returned to the house.
