Two teens accused of attacking a Topeka High School police officer will wait a little longer to stand trial.

Juvenile court proceedings for Joshua Munoz and Raymond Garcia were postponed from this week to October 1st. Both are charged with aggravated battery to a law enforcement officer.

Prosecutors say they attacked a school police officer as he was leading a student from the building last December. The officer needed stitches.
