Topeka Man Will Face 20-years for Role in String of Crimes

A Topeka man faces more than twenty years in prison for his roles in a string of crimes.

28-year old Anthony Hall pleaded guilty to attempted second degree murder for the December 2006 beating of a couple.

He also pleaded guilty to attempted rape. 13 News was initially told it was related to the murder of 15-year old Nacole Winter, it actually stemmed from an incident involving a 26-year old woman in an apartment complex laundry room.

A third charge of aiding a felon charge is related to Winter's death.

Hall's brother, Christopher Hall, is accused of the killing. As part of a plea agreement Anthony Hall will testify against him.

Sentencing is set for July 17th.
