WICHITA, Kan. (AP) _ Wichita police have arrested two men in a fatal shooting on a downtown street during the morning rush hour.

Deputy police chief Tom Stolz says two men went into an auto dealership, stole a Hummer, and kidnapped a man who was working on
it. The victim got into a confrontation with the two, and he was forced out of the vehicle on the street. The kidnappers shot him and then ran over him with the Hummer.

Family members identify the victim as 55-year old Jim Collins.

Stolz says an 18-year-old man was arrested at the scene, and the Hummer was found in a downtown alley.

A few hours later, police arrested a 24-year-old man who apparently was a former worker at the car dealership.

Stolz says police also recovered a gun and other evidence.
