UPDATE: Mr. Daniels was found Wednesday afternoon. Police say he was located in Leavenworth County. He had trouble finding his way home.
Lawrence Police are asking the public’s assistance in locating an 87 year old missing McClouth man.
Edward Daniels was last seen when he dropped off his wife at Lawrence Memorial Hospital South, 3500 Clinton Parkway, at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 7, 2008.
The family notified police when Daniels did not return to pick up his wife 3 hours later.
Daniels is described as a white male, 5’11” tall, weighing 166 pounds, mostly bald, with a white mustache, last seen wearing a red baseball type cap and a white KU National Championship T-shirt.
Daniels was last seen driving his 2007 Maroon Honda CRV SUV, bearing Veteran’s License Tag number 63803.
Daniels had planned to go to Home Depot, 1910 West 31st Street, after dropping off his wife at LMH South this morning.
