More than 500 people gathered around the capitol rotunda today to ring the rails hoping to send an important reminder to legislators.
Each one of the 500 has a developmental disability.
They work bright yellow t-shirts to remind legislators of a bill that promises to get those with disabilities the services they need.
Currently more than three thousand are on the state's waiting list for services.
The advocates came from across the state to participate.
