A new government report says Kansas has one of the highest drunk-driving rates in the nation.
The study found that Kansas has the sixth-highest percentage of drivers who say they've driven under the influence - 21-percent of Kansans 18-years and older have driven drunk in the last year. The national rate is 15 percent. Missouri is also above the norm with 18 percent.
Wisconsin leads the nation with more than 25-percent saying they've driven drunk in the last year. Utah is the lowest with just under 10-percent.
The report on drunken driving relies on data obtained from the National Survey on Drug Use and Health.
