shooting plot at Riverton High School claims his son's rights were
violated when he was questioned and his locker searched,

Now Wesley Jaeger wants Cherokee County to pay $250,000 in
damages. His then-15-year-old son, Andrew, was one of five students

misdemeanor disorderly conduct.

Wesley says he may file a lawsuit in federal court if the
Cherokee County Commission does not comply with his request.

The commissioners referred his request to their attorney without
comment.
