Aunt Bea's Bakery is back open in Burlingame.
It reopened Friday, nearly a year after a fire did heavy damage.
Burlingame Mayor Brenda Dorr owns Aunt Bea's. She was holding a watch party for her mayoral race on election day April 2007 when the store next door caught fire. Three other businesses were also damaged.
Friday, Dorr opened the doors to customers at Aunt Bea's opened for the first time since that night, showing off its brand new look. Customers were thrilled for the store to be back, talking up their taste for cinammon rolls and soups.
