A fourth grade Topeka class visited Tuesday with college students who are more than 320 miles away - and neither group left the comfort of their classrooms!

Williams Magnet School teacher April Gomez set up the interaction between her fourth grade students and a business class at Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville, Illinois.

Gomez had an inside connection setting the lesson up - her father is the Director of Graduate Recruitment at Southern Illinois. The two had been looking for a way to get their classes to interact.

The professor actually used to teach at Washburn University in Topeka.
