TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - A man ended up in the hospital this afternoon, after driving down a sidewalk.
Police say the driver was northbound on S. Kansas Avenue when he drifted across the center line.
He then drove up onto the sidewalk, hitting a parked van and pushing the van into another vehicle.
Police are not sure why he was driving on the side walk. The driver was taken to Stormont Vail with minor injuries.
The two other vehicles were unoccupied at the time.
Police ask anyone with information on the crash to call Crime Stoppers at 234-0007.
