Johnson county commissioners want district attorney Phill Kline to answer questions about his investigation into the actions of former attorney general and former johnnson county D.A. Paul Morrison.
Kline's hired a special prosecutor to look into whether Morrison committed misconduct while having an affair with a subordinate.
Morrison resigned as attorney general after admitting the affair, but denied other allegations.
Commissioners are concerned because one of the two special prosecutors Kline hired for the case used to work for him in the D.A.'s office.
Commissioners asked Kline to appear at their meeting next Thursday.
