A man has been Indicted in a Topeka bank robbery.
U.S. Attorney Eric Melgren says 30-year-old Paul Sayer Kjelland was indicted by a federal grand jury.
Kjelland is charged with robbing the Fidelity State Bank at 300 Southwest 29th St. on December 5th.
Kjelland faces up to 20 years in federal prison and a fine of up to $250,000.
He is currently in custody in California.
