Hundreds of Topekans came Downtown Monday to celebrate the Irish! It may have been a soggy St. Patrick's Day but that did not stop people from coming out to see the floats and catch the Irish Spirit.

Topekans dressed in green picked up beads and candy while admiring the several floats that seemed to hold up pretty well given the conditions.

Schools are out for Spring Break giving kids the chance to enjoy the parade. Governor Kathleen Sebelius led the way followed by bagpipes and of course a Leprechaun!
