Trial Delayed For T-High Booster Defendant

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)-- The jury trial for a woman charged with stealing money from the Topeka High Booster Club has been delayed.

Donna 'Michelle' Durkes was scheduled to be in court last week.

The trial was rescheduled at her request. And court records show her husband was hospitalized last week.

Durkes had three charges dismissed and is still facing charges of making a false writing and theft from one thousand dollars to 25-thousand.

The trial is now set for June 25th.
