From Release -- Officers responded to 1510 SW Lane (University Heights Apartments) regarding a drowning.
Resuscitation efforts at the scene were successful and the 10 year old Topeka female was transported by AMR to a local hospital for treatment.
Investigation indicates no apparent foul play or negligence and it has been declared to have been an accident.
