TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) -- Authorities aren't sure if a second rush hour wreck in west Topeka was a result of an earlier deadly incident on I-70 earlier Thursday morning.
The two-vehicle wreck happened along westbound I-470 at the Huntoon Road interchange shortly before 9:00 a.m. Authorities say a vehicle was merging onto the Interstate when it sideswiped the other one.
At least one of the people involved suffered minor injuries, but they refused medical treatment.
The scene was cleared and traffic was flowing regularly by 10:00 a.m., according to the Kansas Dept. of Transportation.
