TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) Lots of swirling and sipping was happening at the Topeka Performing Arts Center Friday night.
Attendees of the annual "Grape Escape" could taste more than 160 wines from around the world, plus sample gourmet food and desserts from local restaurants, caterers and businesses.
Connoisseurs could also bid in a silent auction before ending the evening with a live auction event.
The event benefits the Topeka Performing Arts Center. 13's Chris Fisher was among volunteers lending a hand for the cause.
Last year, Grape Escape raised more than $100,000.
