WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) — A Wichita man is dead following an water accident in Hawaii.
According to the Hawaii Star Advertiser, a man was found face down in the water off "Black Rock" in Kaanapali on Sunday. Rescuers brought him to the shore, but were unable to save him and he died at the scene.
He's been identified as 55-year-old Ronald Sauber of Wichita.
His death is being classified as an accident, but the cause of death is pending autopsy results.
